Analysis of ¨Frankenstein¨

Analysis of ¨Frankenstein¨By Wendy Estrada.

Frankenstein is a book which tries to tell us many things about life and it´s nature. This story is really interesting, and when people read it, they think that it just a fiction story, but actually, it shows us many aspects that they can relate to real life. When reading the story, people can see how one of its main characters plays to be God, and creates life in a monster. Nowadays, many people think that they can do everything they want, and that they can play with whatever they want even when it´s something we don´t understand. Victor Frankenstein, a man who was fascinated with everything related to the creation of life, and death, tried to create life from parts of dead bodies, but as we human beings know, only God can create and give life.
The book it also shows some social issues  that people can relate to these days; people don´t accept others that  cannot be ¨sociable accepted¨ because they don´t  have the necessary characteristics for being a normal person. This happens to the Monster during this book, even though that he was like a little kid when he was created. The Monster is rejected by many people, even by his creator Victor Frankenstein because of his ugly aspect. Some people that have some defects in their bodies because they are sick, or because they have had an accident, are discriminated by society just because of their aspect.

Also, people, as humans beings, commit mistakes, and people have to be aware of that in order to respect others and don´t judge them. At some moment of people´s life, they make decisions, and they might be good or bad decisions, but that is a good way to learn what we have to do and what we don´t have to do. As someone said, people learn from their mistakes. So, as people can read in this book, Victor Frankenstein made a bad decision because he just followed his feelings without thinking in the consequences of his actions. He did not thought about what the monster could do, but as he saw that he even killed people, he learned that he should not do that again. People can see that the Monster asked Victor to create a female monster for him, but Victor knowing what the Monster did, decided not to create another monster. In the other hand, the Monster reflects the life of some people that are good persons, but for many circumstances, they make bad decisions, and they are judged by others without knowing the truth behind their history. The Monster was rejected, was discriminated, and was accused of being bad when he did not have any idea of what life is and what he had to do. We all are humans, and we have to be aware of the fact that we are not perfect, but we can learn from our mistakes and help others to avoid taking bad desicions.
